Based on the Council for Estate Agencies’ public register, SRI’s number of real estate salespersons has increased by 20.5% in the past 14 months, from 1,286 on January 1, 2024, to 1,549 as of March 24, 2025. This remarkable growth has solidified the agency’s position as the fifth-largest real estate agency in Singapore by sales force.
With 22 years of experience in the real estate industry, Tan is highly regarded for his expertise as a trainer. He spent eight years as director and key executive officer (KEO) at RE Training & Consultancy (RETC), a reputable real estate agency in Singapore, and previously served as the president of the Singapore Estate Agents Association (SEAA). During his time at RETC, he successfully trained over 10,000 students in both Real Estate Salesperson (RES) and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses. Additionally, from 2010 to 2019, he was an associate trainer at Real Centre Network. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years at Remax Singapore, a real estate franchise, where he held the position of executive director.
