CapitaLand Group has successfully completed the S$883 million revitalization of 1 Science Park Drive. On April 1, the company announced the completion of the redevelopment, which involves three buildings – 1, 1A, and 1B Science Park Drive. The project has also obtained its temporary occupation permit (TOP) on March 3.A joint venture between CapitaLand Development (CLD; 66%) and CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (CLAR; 34%), the new property is made up of a 15-storey tower, two 9-storey blocks, and retail shops that are linked by an event plaza and a shared basement carpark. The tenants for the business spaces come from various industries such as biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical, financial services, chemical, and technology.
